Did I miss something in the Forum Rules? Where does it say you have to agree with everything the Autogeek staff says?
It doesn't.... but considering that this forum is wholly owned and operated by Autogeek.net, a corporate organization, even if they did have a rule like that they're well within their rights to do so.
If anything, all of us should be grateful to Max and Autogeek for providing this venue for customers and fans to seek support, learn, and share in this hobby/industry in the type of environment they've created. Arguing constantly and acting unprofessionally is really rather disrespectful to the folks who work hard to do everything AG does for us. Autogeek doesn't HAVE to spend the money (and take my word for it, the hosting resources alone for this forum are NOT CHEAP! I used to work for the hosting company AG uses and I know roughly what they're paying monthly) or put the hours in keeping this place afloat, but they do.
I know there are folks who don't care for some of the people on the Autogeek staff, or may not like every decision the company makes (myself included at times, though I realize no one can please everyone all of the time), but that's no excuse for acting childishly on the forum.
Like you said, Shane, it's all about not acting like a jerk when disagreeing with others.
