I would like to say thanks to Max @ Autogeek for allowing Mike Phillips and Nick to join us today at the park.

I am grateful for all who were able to make it out. I had a really great time talking detailing and car stuff.

There were dark clouds, thunder, and lightning, but no rain!

Autogeek gave away some really sweet goodies and we had an awesome lunch.

I think my clinic went well with the exception of trying to get through everything I wanted to touch on before the rain came... Oh, and did I mention Mike Phillips was standing across from me looking at me while I was doing the demo? Yeah, can a guy be more nervous? I am not afraid to be the center of attention, but I was slightly on edge with my idol looking upon me the whole time, yeah, it shook me up a bit, lol.

Overall it was a really good day.

Rick and Sam from Premium Finish Care made it out and shared some great info about their products. Thanks guys for driving up!

Sounds like it all went very well.

I can only imagine having Mike P. watching you explain how to detail a car. Based on everything I've seen, read and heard he is there to support others and not to cast doubts.

He was awesome in support and commentary. It was really a pleasure to have him and Nick over. Both are amazing guys and well respected in my neck of the woods!
 
I had a great time there Garry. I definitely learned a lot from you and everyone else. Big thanks to you, AutoGeek for their fine products, and also Premium Finish Care. I'm definitely sold on their products now :dblthumb2:

Also can't forget to mention the sickk Mustangs that were there today. It was like car porn Im the MAN

Sounds like a fun time was had Garry

I bet is was enjoyable for Mike to be on the other end of a detailing clinic. You gotta ask yourself though, I wonder how many times the thought went through his head, "I would've done it differently"

Gary, I bet you were a bit nervous with Mr. Phillips watching you, but I bet he enjoyed relaxing a little.

Actually, the video that was shot during the clinic reveals that it went very well. I seem less nervous than I thought. I will post the video tomorrow.
 
Very cool Garry. It seems it will only get larger from here. Looking forward to the videos! It's awesome that you got some serious names in the detailing world to come join the fun!
