Two of the products I ordered early this morning landed on BOGO this afternoon!!!

Can you cancel the order and then re order with the BOGO items?
 
Told you the Lexol Tire was too shiny for you anyway.....................you will never use the second one, so don't sweat it buddy! :D
 
Guys, the items already shipped. I have the tracking number. Just wanted to vent. I feel better now. :)

I missed out on DP Interior Protectant(love it) and the Tire Applicators(love 'em).
 
Ask them if they'll give you the free ones if you pay the freight.
 
This happened to me once and I told myself I'd never place an order again on a Friday. Sorry man...this sucks! Maybe Nick will do something for you.

Easily the best customer service I've ever dealt with. :props: This is not the first time, far from it.
 
And in another thread people wonder why we only try to shop here @ Autogeek. Sure I gripe because I want better deal (who doesn't?) but I always wait for the deal I want then order here ..... Period! For this very reason! Thanks for taking care of us ALL Nick!:dblthumb2:
 
Nick and AG crews are awesome. I ONLY and ALWAYs shop at AG unless they don't carry a product. Customer service is my PRIORITY. Lots of companies can learn something from AG CS.
 
Ag customer service really ranks in the top company's I have ever dealt with. I might say it earns top 3 in my book. And anyone who know me, I am really critical when it comes to customer service.
