Question: Given UTTG beads water can you do a second coat or reapply before it is totally gone? Or do you have to wait until it is totally gone before you can reapply?

You want to make sure the surface is clean before re-applying. So, clean the surface, then apply. If you're going to reapply, do it 30 minutes after you put on the first coat.

You can most certainly layer UTTG as many times as you like. Just wait a little between coats. An hour is good. A day is great. You can apply a second coat at any time between a few minutes and months down the line. If you apply a second coat right away withing minutes that's fine as well. It won't hurt anything but might not darken as much as if you let the first coat cure a little longer. If you wait long enough for any dust or dirt to build on the surface just wipe the surface with a damp mf towel or a mf some UWWP and mf towel or whatever need be to clean the surface first.
