want high percent carnuba

Actually, when you take into consideration that you get a free refill, in not that bad... It is on my list for future waxes to get...

But I got another one here... CAR WAX

Don't forget about the "hybrids" out there. They contain both man-made sealants, and natural Carnuba...sort of the best of both worlds. I find they are sometimes just what the doctor ordered, especially for a daily driver type car where the customer wants as much protection for (as little money as possible)...and yet maintain that waxy, wet look that is associated with carnuba.

But if you want some great carnuba waxes, you can't do much better than Adam's "Americana", or Chemical Guys "Pete's 53" Both are under $100. CGuys also has a product called "E-Zyme Natura" (for $275).

I was going to mention the Pete's 53.

Another favorite of mine would be Chemical Guy's 50/50 Concours carnauba. Limited quantity available each year & one of the only paste waxes that I actually enjoy using.

Pure carnuba...
Dodo Juice Carnauba Canister, Rubbishboys Original, Rubbishboys Juiced

This kit actually come with a wax you can use. The 100% carnuba is a paperweight.

I actually tried the Rubbish Boys Juiced and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The finish didn't look like anything better than the rest of their line up.

The Purple Haze looks so amazing on dark colors that I actually used up a full container in less than 6 months. Not because it didn't last, but because the customer base here loved it as a beautifying topper.

The wax portion of the formulation is 100% carnauba.

The highest carnauba formulations currently available are Vntage and Royale at 60 and 71% carnauba by volumn. A contaner of both will set you back ~ $11,000.
No they're not.

Dodo flat earth is 70% caranuba, and costs $45 in the kit. :xyxthumbs:

If you're talking about a great deal then I suggest that everyone jump on these!

$50,000 for a lifetime supply, what a deal?!?! I hope the wax is actually alive and I can see my clear coat come to life and slide around the car.

-.- never thought I'd have to get financing just for wax, detailing industry is expensive, hahaha.

I'd be willing to go in on this with you at 50/50. That brings the price down to a much more reasonable $25,000.00 each! :xyxthumbs:

I think if it were pure 100% carnauba then it would be hard as a rock. I believe it's a formulation of carnauba, beeswax, oils, and other ingredients.
True, i have a small sample jar from dodo juice with 70% pure carnauba and it's hard as a rock. On the bottom is a message that it can't be used as a wax. It's purely to make a statement to the "100% carnauba!" waxes.

If you want a good carnaubwax try the Mother's carnauba paste, Natty's paste or if you want an even better quality than the Dodo Waxes are worth giving a try.

But remember that most of your result comes with a good prep: claying and polishing.

Oh yeah, that would make up for the other $49,700.00. The bulk of this surely must be a machine that does a $500+ full interior/exterior 5 stage protection while I watch and sip down rum and coke right? Ahhh, it all makes sense now.

On that note I'll totally go 50/50 with you on this one Rob T. Heck, I'll go 60/40 :xyxthumbs:

DEAL! Im the MAN

You said you have a silver metallic car. Some waxes will mute metallics. I have a silver car as well and I have only used one wax, which is a beta wax from Migliore and it is super glossy and wet looking. My previous car was a metallic maroon and it only received Natty's Blue, Wolfgang DGPS, and one time Autoglym HD. I, as others will too, can vouch for Natty's blue as it's great for dark colors. I have the red as well, but have never used it, though they say it's meant for lighter colored cars so I may give that a shot the next time I wax my car. Having a high carnauba is not everything it's made out to be. Generally you will have to worry about sweating; so even though it looks so pretty in the garage, as soon as you take out in the sun, it's going to get hazy and need to be wiped off again. As others have said, find what you like and get it.
