Man o man. Today I went outside to clean my wheels with my new Daytona brush. The face of the rims wasn't bad at all, but the barrels had never been cleaned in the ten years I had the car. I used OPC. I wanted to get the tires perfect too to use UTTP. Well, when I was done cleaning and rinsed my tires/wheels off, I got some water on the paint of my car. I wasn't that worried about it since I knew as soon as I was done I was going to pull it in the garage and ONR it. Didn't matter. In less than an hours time I ended up with water spots that are going to require polishing, even if it is something very, very fine.
Does this seem normal? I mean it was hot as hell out today but I never expected water spots to etch that quickly. Pretty disappointed.
Thoughts, if any?
