So I got a call earlier this week from a client. He had just purchased a brand new modified Jeep Rubicon. His main concern was that the white paint had all sorts of brown dots stuck on the surface. So in my mind I already knew what the issue was. After some education and discussion with the client we settled on my Express Detail package to rid the surface of contaminates and add a little protection.

The wheels were cleaned up with McKee`s extreme iron remover and sealed with hydro2.

Tires were hit with LATA and dressed with Hyper Dressing

Paint got a good iron remover bath using Mckees extreme iron remover. Then was washed and hit with a nanoskin medium grade prep towel. Then then sealed with hydro2 and topped off with TAC Systems Quartz Max.

Interior got a quick wipe with Mckees fast interior detailer and the carpets were vacuumed. Windows cleaned with Invisible glass.

Nasty iron deposits!

Bleed baby bleed!

All done.

Those have to be some of the biggest iron deposits I have seen. Especially on a vehicle that's so new. Great save Justin!

Nice work!
I had already seen something like this on a brand new vehicle:

I just posted a wranger in the wrong forum (101 should probably be moved) that was SS. I have heard since that a lot are. Depends on color or year I guess. Thanks

Most late model jeeps are base clear coat. As far as I know there are only a couple manufacturers who use a white single stage paint. Honda does and Toyota. Not sure if any others do.

Late models as in past few years I guess. I was slightly surprised when I got into it. Nice work btw. Amazing that had so many deposits on it.

Looks great cannot believe those iron deposits though.

Just another reminder to decontaminate all vehicles prior to polishing. Tons of iron deposits!

:iagree: Thats crazy! Any chance this was in a body shop where there was some grinding or welding being done? Thats the only thing I can think of as to that amount of iron. Nice work cleaning that up mate. :props: Nice looking truck too.

More proof that new doesn't mean ANYTHING!

IMO white vehicles benefit the most from chemical decontamination. Paint is always so much brighter and cleaner afterwards.

Killer job! What dilution do you use for hyper dressing? The wheels look awesome!

Tires look perfect. I'm guessing he went 1:1

Thanks for the props. That kinda crossed my mind but being brand new I would hate to think that is what happened. But ya never know.

Totally agree bud. The transformation just from decon and wash alone was night and day!
