Website is up!

I am interested in what process are you executing for Headlight Restoration service.
Thanks :xyxthumbs:

He's probably referring either applying opti-coat, or some sort of urethane acrylic.

I do the same thing, except I don't up charge for it. I charge $50 for the pair, and do the urethane. The way I see it, it only takes me about 30 minutes or less to do the whole thing. $50 for a half hour worth of work is good money. Plus, keeping it at just $50 makes the service more apt to sell.

Remove the Twitter, YouTube and Testimonials buttons. They don't go anywhere, so remove them until you actually have pages to point those buttons to.
I am not sure what you're trying to show with the two bucket picture in the Our Work gallery.
Also, the 4 links in the footer - Regular Wash, The Works, etc. should be anchored to their respective sections on the Services page instead of simply pointing to that page.

I use urethane, too. I charge between $35 to $50. I agree with you about 50 for half an hour, is pretty good money! Even though it takes me about an hour, or an hour and 20 minutes. I offer a Mobil Headlight Resto Service.

Do you wetsand, and apply spar urethane? Or do you wetsand, buff, and apply spar urethane? Wich sandpaper grits do you use?

For that kind of upcharge and a 5 year guarantee I'm thinking maybe a UV cured product like Lightrite or Speedocote.

I dry sand, wet sand, and apply urethane after 3000. There's really no need to compound and polish if you're applying the urethane anyways.

I go up to 2500, and then clean/prep surface with OMS, and finally apply spar urethane. The reason why i don't use 3000 is 'cause i can't find any 3000 grit sandpaper here in my Country (I am not from USA).

I usually use 400, 600, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500. Sometimes i meet headlights with paint transfers or many heavy scratches, in that cases i start with 220 or 320. Do you think i can skip in the process any grit? What i want is to minimize the time and effort needed.

Do you use any sanding block, or alike?
