WG TSR good middle ground between 105/205

In the interest of using the least aggressive combination to get the job done would WG TSR be a good middle grade polish? I already have M105/205, but I've been considering buying something that would be less aggressive than the 105.

Looking at this chart(assuming it is accurate) TSR would fall right between the Meg's products. Menzerna PO 83 would be another option. The chart shows it has the same aggressiveness as TSR

TSR would be a good choice, so would menz power finish 203. Both are almost the same. The chart is missing a couple menzerna products(Intensive polish, power finish 203 and 85RD)

TSR is a nice middle grade polish below 105. It does a nice job.
Megs Ultimate Compound is also below 105 and above TSR in cut. Very easy to use.
Opt Compound II is also below 105 and just above TSR in cut with very little dusting.
Opt Hyper Polish cuts about like TSR with an orange pad but finishes well, also without dusting. TSR might cut a tad better. OHP finishes well with a white pad.
TSR is made by menzerna for wolfgang, so you should find similarities with the Menzerna polishes mentioned.
 
Some new products and maybe some missing ones....looks like the chart needs updated to include these.....very handy chart though....Thanks :)
 
just used meg 83 yesterday for the reasons you mentioned. i still use this as my go to medium cut polish. damn 105 dusts like oklahoma in the 30s.
 
Dont forget D-151, it fits in nicely between 105 and 205, leaves behind some protection though so maybe not what you are looking for, shutting up now
 
I tried optimum poli-seal and really like it. make me wants to try the rest of the lines.

However, I already have 5 menz polish,wolfgang,poorboys and meg d151. I can't try new polish lol.

To answer, get TSR, I've yet to find another polish that finish as nice as this one. I really make my black paint darker and more depth. it's fantastic.

It's interesting that AG has both the TSR and Menzerna's SIP rated the same (a "6"). Since the Wolfgang TSR is made by Menzerna, I wonder how similar they will be.

I have a new bottle of TSR here, so I hope to discover the answer for myself before long.

Very similar, but not exactly the same. TSR is best used with a DA polisher(not that you can't use a DA with SIP).

I've used SIP with my Flex many times with excellent results. :xyxthumbs:

Actually, power finish 203 and TSR are basically the same. SIP is slightly more aggresive and is completely fine to use with a DA.
