what are you currently watching?

Ain't that the truth!

I think even getting "Young Frankenstein" would be a problem today.

A shame ... ALL of them (and many more classics), dead at the hands of political correctness and a lack of a sense of humor by modern society.

Can you imagine the 'outrage' if Laugh-In came back?

Anybody watch "The Brink" with Jack Black? Neat show... and likely closer to the truth than we'd like to think. (Even though it's a comedy.)

What else are we watching? Gotta' be Salvage Dawgs... what is it they say about if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life? Those guys REALLY do something cool when they show up for work.:xyxthumbs:

And for reenacted reality, Airplane Repo is a fun hour to spend. Now THAT is one heck of an adrenaline rush! (Although lucky they don't get shot!!!!!!!)

On another note. Finally, I mean FINALLY..... Tatiana Maslany got the Emmy nomination!:applause:

Yes, she did get two Critics’ Choice Awards and a Television Critics Assn. win earlier, but to date, the Emmy nod has eluded her. Her nomination is for not one, not two, but SIX characters! :dblthumb2: She's played something like 12 (clones) in Orphan Black so far. Nobody else (in her category) has that depth, even though there are some huge money shows she's competing against. With that in mind it's doubtful she'll win, although she's playing as many parts as ALL of the nominees in her category combined! :dunno:

Here's her competition:
Claire Danes, Homeland - For: Carrie
Viola Davis, How to Get Away with Murder - For: Annalise
Taraji P. Henson, Empire - For: Cookie
Elisabeth Moss, Mad Men - For: Peggy
Robin Wright, House of Cards - For: Claire
Tatiana Maslany,Orphan Black - For: Sarah, Alison, Cosima, Helena, Rachel, Krystal
(These are the ones that are still active on the show!)

I don't watch much TV, but the wife and I just got into "The Strain" on Hulu. We cut cable last month and were just perusing through titles. I normally don't watch that kind of thing, but it's interesting.
