Thursday night my turn to cook. Being Sicilian it’s all about pasta. So I made Fusilli’s with a San Marzano marina sauce. Wish I could have had everyone over.

The Columbia is a famous restaurant in Ybor City Tampa. They have a signature salad called the 1905. That's when the restaurant opened. This is my home made version.
