I make "lobster rolls" here at home too. The trick is to make a nice sauce with clarified butter and just a few drops of heavy cream, and white pepper.

God, now I want to go set my lobster pots!!
 
Just got back from a week in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

This is just a sampling of the amazing food we dined on during the week.

Pipi's PV best Mexican food on the planet $13.00 for that platter!!

What's really cool about Pipi's is I first ate there back in 1986 when it first opened and I've gone every time I've visited PV.

Napolitos Nuevo Vallarta monster shrimp and lobster. We've had the same waiter, he's been there 9 years and we've been 5 times in that time. It's like a reunion every time we go back.

This was a special exclusive restaurant, Restaurant Kimberly in PV built in Elizabeth Taylors house from back in the day of The Night of the Iguana. It was pricey but amazing. Took my wife out for a romantic dinner. Best Chilean seabass I've ever eaten. It caters to the rich and famous, which I'm not so it's a one and done for me. I paid $5.75 for a shot of my favorite Herradura tequila 5 blocks down in PV and they wanted $18.75 for the same tequila shot LOL.
