So my wife threw a belated birthday party for me with some of our friends this as afternoon. Alajandro's in Northlake Illinois, great place that took care of our group of 16, friends all have kids

Btw you see that cake, our nanny made that, that's her side hustle. While I don't own a Corvette I'm a fan of them, wife is great, huh.

Salad mix and greens.

Mix is red pepper, green pepper, red onion, green onion, black olives, cucumber, shredded carrots, black beans all chopped and tossed in red wine vinegar with the juice of 1/2 lemon.

I then use that as a topper to a bed of greens which today is arugula and Roman lettuce with some purple cabbage.

I garnished it with some flax seeds and tomatoes and red wine vinegar dressing......no oil.

Huge yield of nutrients and goodness.

I'm down to 178lbs and my waist is now 32-33. I got my "V" shape back and nearly ditched my love handles.

Pan seared rib eye with quick seared then butter poached sea scallops and some Mexican style prawns. Half the steak and scallops for dinner. Prawns and other half for salad for tomorrow’s lunch
