What are you listening to...?

Audiophile here. Listen to a lot of SA-CD's and DVD-A discs.

Listening to Miles Davis Kind of Blue now.

their latest album (not the live album) has been on regular rotation for like forever in my cd player and each song flows right to the next one like one complete whole song. pretty talented (especially for a two piece) indeed and this kind of music is perfect for the fall/winter season. with all the crappy music out today (about 90%), it's nice to get a breath of fresh air every once in a while. listening to instrumental music without hearing vocals is kinda nice sometimes...

p.s. i would always play some blue note jazz (blakey, coltrane, etc) at my old job and it's amazing how it was ahead of its time...

You've got good taste in music my friend!

A friend of mine (who is a musician himself) has urged me, based on my taste in music, to get this album (I am ordering it from Amazon and I might throw in a CD from American Dollar as well):

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdWYKFByzv8]YouTube - Well well well - Ben Harper and the Blind boys of Alabama

Currently playing on my iPod while I'm waiting for Power Lock to cure:

My wife complaining about what we are going to do today... Keep in mind its 53° and pouring down rain.

That's what I'm listening to :help:

I appreciate the recommendation, as I may very well pick that up.

Really? Cool, I didn't realize that. You are a man who knows his music! :xyxthumbs:
