wow :O this thread has been a big hit - lots of comments! At the moment I'm listening to Funny the Way it Is by Dave Matthews Band. My favorite radio station is 90.7 WFUV, Fordham University's station. It plays a lot of alternative rock, indie stuff, and new, emerging artists. I also like 107.1 the peak. I consider myself to have a pretty wide taste in music (listening to everything from Ella Fitzgerald to enya to James Taylor to Florence + the machine) I just don't like rap. My favorite artists are probably The Indigo Girls, Brandi Carlile, Brett Dennen, Fleet Foxes, Diane Birch, James Taylor, and The Decemberists. (I can't pick just one!) If asked to sum up my taste in music though, I'd probably say indie rock + alternative.

"Woodstock" remastered. Watched the documentary "Woodstock-Then and Now" and realized I no longer had my Woodstock CD so I re-ordered another one. It's just a small taste of some of the music from the festival but it's still amazing. The drum solo during Santana's "Soul Sacrafice" is unbelievable, the drummer was only 19yrs. old at the time.
 
Currently listening to Rush's Limelight of there most recently remastered version of Moving Pictures.

Other wise there is a lot of Judas Priest,Front 242, the Crystal Method and some Roger Waters.

Bob Dylan's new one, Tempest. He still has it. Love his gravelly troubador persona.

While other old guys like McCartney and Jagger are spinning their wheels this guy keeps rollin'.
