Sorry don't know the song, sounds like some jazz fuzion from the 70's, reminds me of music to a 70's cop drama but I like it.

I know that brick of pure caranuba the guy uses that was featured on "Fifth Gear" is best applied by hand but not sure about the stuff he was using, just looks strange to me.
