Genesis' Fly on a windshield was on XM last week. Put me in the mood so pulled out Trick of the tail, was a nice Memorial Day.
 
While in the gym earlier on the bike I watched the entire performance of The Crue at the 1983 US Festival. I then watched a huge chunk of The Priest doing their set. I remember listening to this on the radio back in the D when it aired originally, I was 13 years old. It was on WLLZ, Detroit's Wheels as it was called back then. I actually recorded Ozzy, Priest, Quiet Riot, Crue, Triump and Van Halen when it was re-broadcast.
 
I just watched the 83 US festival 3 weeks ago on you tube. Triumph had an awesome set. Brings back memories.

Triumph was awesome, the forgotten trio from the Great White North (we'll, we haven't forgotten them though!)

That is always a great listen and still holds up today without a doubt. Its one of the albums everyone should have in their collection, along with Zep's debut and Miles Davis "Kinda Blue".

At a family get together and they're playing a Madonna's greatest hits out here poolside. The current song is "Vouge" and IMO is her best.
