What are you listening to...?

Currently listening to Steel Panther since I am going to see them next week. Death to all but Metal and before that was Party like tomorrow is the end of the world. I will not post the links because it is explicit. If you are curious, do not open at work or with kids in the room lol. You have been warned

Michael can sing like nobody's business and Russ is a phenomenal guitarist. I play guitar and have both of the limited edition Satchel pedals.

I have been to 100's of concerts from country to metal. My top 5 in order are :
Steel Panther
Brad Paisley
Slayer
Slipknot
Firehouse

If Steel Panther had normal lyrics, they could have easily been among Van Halen, Motley Crue and Def Leppard status. Love them for who they are and what they are all about. Tickets are only $25 to see them too. They sound exactly like the cd which is a huge feat in my opinion. Most fun I have ever had at a show.
Haha - soo cool you got the pedals. I play too! How do you like them?
Satchel blows me away. One show he was at the drum set playing the double bass and guitar at the same time - sick!

Slipknot are hometown boys and still live here in Central Iowa. I would go watch them play at a buddies bar in town when they were just getting started in Des Moines. My boys went to school with Shawn Crahan's kids. His daughter just passed away several months ago.

The Rag Company live feed on YouTube! I've gotten a couple of my comments and questions through, cool people:props:

My boys the Stones layin' down a funky groove and Brian Jones just killing it on harmonica.

They've been using this as mood music prior to hitting the stage on their current tour, at least the night I saw them.

P.S. - 2120 South Michigan Ave was the address of Chess Records in Chitown
