What Camera do you use (and do you like it)!

Canon XSi. I love for the most part but have had a trouble getting accurate colors with it on some shots. Most likely user error as I'm still learning. Just picked up my first new lens, Tamron SP AF 17-50mm F/2 8 and it's much better than the kit lens! :props:

I have a Canon 30D. It's a pretty good little camera. More importantly, I have a few lenses that I really like. Like the 50mm 1.8, the 70-200 4.0l and the 24-105mm f/4L.

Haven't found a reason to upgrade the camera body yet. My money is better spent on glass.

..Maybe when full frame comes down in price.

Nice, you should check out the 7D if you see it in a shop :xyxthumbs:
The auto focus is amazing, shutter speed amazing, servo tracking amazing, video amazing .... you get the point.

I love my 50mm 1.8, with my 20D that was pretty much the only lens I used for about a year.

The 70-200 f4 L is an amazing lens, I rented one for two weeks to cover a sporting event and now it is on my Christmas list.

The 10-22 EFS has become a new favorite, I initially got it to shoot fireworks and architecture; it is amazingly sharp.

Otherwise I have a 17-85 EFS, though I rented a 24-70 f2.8 L and fell in love with it. I hope to replace my 17-85 with it in short order.

I got me a Canon 7D with a grip and double battery and a few lenses: 50 1.8 / 55-250 / 28-135 / 10-22 / 24-70 2.8 / 70-200 2.8 MKI. Also got a 580exII flash, carbon fiber flash.

50 1.8 :xyxthumbs:
20-22 :xyxthumbs:
70-200 2.8:props: What is your experience carrying that round for an entire day?
24-70 2.8 :dblthumb2:

Nice setup. I have a noise question from my own 7D, I'll send you a PM.

Nikon D3X with the full assortment of prime lenses from 14 to 85mm and 80-200.

I forgot to mention the 1.4 extender...

And the 50 1.8 stays home all the time, that was one of my first lenses I got, it is the best lest to learn with, with it not been a zoom lens it pushes you to play more with compassion, and with a 1.8 opening, it is great for low lighting, and great on DOF...

I do not have a problem taking it with me all day, one thing that helps a lot is to use a grip, it helps to have a better support on your hand, and it adds the second battery, I just love that lens, I try to use it all the time. I have been out, all day, with the 7D griped, 70-200 2.8, 580exII on a R strap all day at the zoo, or the city and I have done ok, do I feel it, sure, is it doable, for sure! Maybe been 6' and 250 lbs help...

Nikon D70, but thinking about upgrading to the D7000.

Canon 7D ............ love it!

Have also used the Sony Alpha 350 (liked the tilt viewing screen feature) ... ok clarity.
Nikon D40 ......... no comparison to the Sony or Canon.

Canon 1D Mark III
Sigma 17-35 2.8-4 DG EX HSM
Canon 24-70L
Sigma 150mm Macro DG EX HSM
Sigma 70-200 2.8 DG EX HSM
Canon 100-400L
Canon 580EX

The stuff works pretty well :props:

Nikon D70, but thinking about upgrading to the D7000.

D7000 is sweet if you can find one. Spendy but then again it isn't your momma's camera. You get what you pay for. I would love to get one, I just don't have $1200 right now. I'll stick with my D90 for the next couple years.

Well, this morning I got the bug to get more toys for my other hobby, I ended up placing an order for a gripped 5D MKII and the new 70-200 f/2.8 IS MKII and they should be here tomorrow... I have been reading so much about using a full frame camera, and I had to get me one... (And with my luck, the new 5D MKIII will come out in 2 months!)

I use a Canon EOS 350D.... Yes, i do like it allot!

Here is a compact that I got for my gal. I like it so much I may get one myself. Bulletproof anti shake even @ 12X optical zoom. Quick focus, quick picture taking, and a switch to turn it on/off instead of a button that is easily touched in error. It's also in the price range with an 8 gig card & charger. I would recommend an additional battery, roughly 200 shots per charge.
I have a Canon & an Olympus.......I like both but this one outshines them and fits in a pocket.

I upgraded from a D3000 to a D7000 2 months ago, loving it right now. You guys have no idea how good to have a cheaper than full frame camera that can produce usable 4x6 print in low light with ISO set to 6400, lol.
I also got a Tokina 16-50 f/2.8 lens, it's 1/2 the price as the Nikkor 17-55 f/2.8, but built just like it, no focusing problems here either, and it focuses fast enough (Thanks to the D7000's built in AF motor), that I don't notice a difference.

i'm into photography, i got 5dmark2 and a 60d (canon) + lens

I use a Canon 550D (Rebel T2i). Love it

I picked up a Canon T1i kit about 2 months ago and love it. Just trying to learn as much as possible. Before I start buying additional glass.

My camera of choice is a Pentax K100D. I have had this camera for a few years now and just love it!!!

Does anyone have a Canon 10.1 mp eos xs dslr? There one on craigslist near me asking for 400 and very good shape. Comes with 18-55 lens. I want to have a Dslr when I go detail cars and for family outing.

How much better is this better then my cannon 12.1 mp point and shoot?
