What Camera do you use?

Fuji S2 Pro
6.17 million sensor array (12.1 million interpolated pixels)
with Nikkor Lense and a Nikon Flash

For a compact, I have a Canon SD100 (pretty old) and it worked well. Right now, my GF has a Casio s600 which is really cool. It has this best shot feature which presets the settings for each situation. Literally like 30+ different presets. It is good for her because she doesn't understand aperature, shutter speed, ISO and all that jazz, and she doesn't care to learn either. She bought it for like 230.

$1600+ camera? Not bad sweetie:righton: I would love to own a Digital SLR with a 300mm zoom, but hey, they cost MONEY! I've had a couple of Nikon digital cameras and really liked them. I'll have to look at Canon for my next one though. Probably the Rebel. Nice camera Meghan;)

I run an S2. Great camera for the price.

here are some example pictures-

my next camera will be a 20D ;)

Sony DSC P-10, 5.0 MP which is basically a point and shoot.

Canon Rebel XT, 8.0MP. Excellent camera, but there is a definite learning curve!

My "point and shoot" digital is a Nikon S9 (and I have an s50c on order)

My Digital SLR is a D70 w/ kit lens (18-70) and a 55-200.

We use a Canon Powershot A620. 7.1 MP.
These are great camera's. Great point and shoot, and full of manual features.

Woah, my thread is back from the dead! I actually went another direction and got the Panasonic FZ-7. I couldn't pass up the fact it was $100 cheaper than the S3. It might be a little noisier in low light, but from the pictures I've taken so far, I can't complain. Here is one I took playing around with it after I first got it.

it's hard to remember sometimes it's the photographer and not the camara that makes the picture.....great shot Grimm...i like the selective focusing.

Thanks! I know little about photography, so I was excited to get that shot. I've learned some of the basics, now I just need to find more time to practice. Thankfully spring is just about here, so I can get outside!

I use a Nikon d50 SLR but I don't think you are in the market for that...

I also have it. Aswesome camera. But for point and shoot, I really like the Canon Powershots.

just ordered a Sony DSC-N2 . 10.1 megapixels, and small enough to fit in the glove compartment. Not missing anymore model shoots with my car, and only a camera phone !!
