What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

I cleaned the interior of the SS using Griot’s Garage interior cleaner. I followed that up with a wipe down of Adam’s Interior Detailer with MicroBan, sweat pea scent. This afternoon, upon retrieving the twins from school I was met with compliments on the “nice smell” of my SS before they returned to being preteen girls and ignoring me...
Have you decided on a new car?

Vacuumed the new minivan real quick and installed the new weather tech floor mats. 1 piece mat for the driver and passenger so no issues there. Fit was great. 2nd/3rd roe single piece and fit was fair. Needs something to help hold it down other than gravity but oh well. Should help a lot.

Cleaned the wheels with Wheely Clean, then sealed them with 303 touchless sealant. They had finger and hand prints all over them from a service yesterday. I told them not to clean any mess they make, just leave it, and they don't spray the tyres, all their customers hate it. They specialise in 4WDs. It had a ONR wash 3 weeks ago, but no rain since then, and it was supposed to rain today, so I only did the wheels, but it didn't rain at all. So there it sits, luckily the even coat of dust is almost invisible. View attachment 71152

Detailrookie: no, I still haven’t made up my mind.

brought in what few things I leave in the garage detailing wise. My shelves in the basement are now back to full capacity. This winter I’m thinning the herd and will be giving away a good bit to friends and neighbors. I still have a virgin bottle of TW Rinseless with Roger’s name on it! LOL!

Did some maintenance cleaning on the headliner of my SUV that I've neglected to do because I didn't have the time to make it perfect. However, having read in another post that you "Don't chase perfection on a Daily Driver" I hit the spots that needed it and moved on. Feeling accomplished and rewardes without the guilt. Mike, read these are your words so credit to you.

Post some pictures of the wheels before and after. The body looks good from the 10ft test.

The wheels look like they might be bare aluminum.. I haven’t confirmed it though.
