What did you do today non-detailing related?

Hung up my airline hose and started the electric down in the basement. Off to bed for an early start to finish this all up as I want to be using it by Friday evening. I'll pull the blue hose up closer when I button it all up this weekend.

Haven't used it yet. Finishing up the 220v tomorrow. Have a friend helping me with it. I'll let you know Saturday how it works out :) Yes, this is the 60 gal. 11.5cfm unit.

I drive my car and never got a flat tire in last 30+ years.

My wife on the other hand has a flat tire on her Camry twice in last 2 years. SMH
Her RR tire has a nail causing a slow leak.

Call local shop, Mr. Tire, they said $36 plus tax to fix.

Used the tire repair plug kit I have in the Miata and fixed it myself.

Discount Tire/America's Tire charges ZERO, $36.00 is a rip off

I got my portable generator out, as I do every couple of months, and run it for a little while just to keep it in good working condition in case I ever want/need to use it.

Used my BF Clay Mitt on the glass shower today in preparation for polishing and coating with Pinnacle Glass Coat tomorrow, we have extremely hard water!

A day late in follow up but it turned out great. CLEAN looking and wasn't too bad time wise. Ran this 220v / Cut Out box from a dedicated circuit in the box located in the basement along with a separate 30amp one to drive both our spare fridge and stand up deep-freeze so they are on their own line.

Polished the glass shower today using Pinnacle Polish with a white pad, followed up with two coats of Pinnacle GlassCoat, we'll see how it does in the morning for shower time!

Also, I finally got to feel what it's like to work in 75 degree/low humidity conditions...pretty cool that I didn't walk out of the shower completely drenched in sweat!

had to replace a dead battery as she wouldn't crank up this afternoon. took the battery to autozone and sure enough after they tested it, they said it was toast. bought their duralast gold battery with the five year warranty which sent me back around $150. could of went somewhere else and bought one for cheaper, but was in a bind and AZ is right around the corner from my house :( the sticker on my previous battery read "5/15", so i at least got four years and four months out of it...

I washed and cleaned my car for half a day. And then I just rested. I was sitting at a computer, playing video games, chatting on the flirt.com website. I like dating sites. Because I'm looking for a wife this way. I hope I succeed.

Had the family over for dinner after church services. I helped my older brother in his search for a lightly used, no accident, CPO Toyota Corolla.

After a few days of use I can say I LOVE IT! It's extremely quiet and pretty darn fast. Goes from empty to full at 150psi in 7 minutes. Recharge time when it kicks on is about 1:20 seconds. I can work with my Tornador non-stop at full 90psi and when it kicks on it not only drives the tool but fills the reserve tank back up in less than 2 minutes. More than meets my needs and duty cycle for full time use. Here's an updated pic of my set up.

I'm going to reserve my larger wall-mount vac with 30ft Ridged Hose to dry so I don't have to clean out a mess. The smaller shop vac here in this pic will be when I use the Velocity Vac and liquid in the bottle. Much easier to clean out afterwards.

Did a 15 mile ride today with a good friend that used to race so I could pick up some tips to get me better in the saddle.

I have a 2006 Mazda MX5 GT with 35,000 miles. To look at it you would think it was a new car however I want to keep it properly maintained as well.I have been thinking about changing the coolant however I decided to test it first. It was clear and clean and was within the parameters for freezing and boiling protection. There was no residue in the bottom of the sample bottle.
I also used my Fluke multimeter to check the coolant for conductivity. A reading of .4 volts (DC) or less means the coolant is good. Mine read .24 volts so according to that, my coolant is good. I may wait on changing my coolant.

I drove 9 hours today to see 6 mins of wrestling.

2019 Final X Wrestle-Off: Yianni vs Zain at Wilkes University where my older son goes to college.

Was well worth the drive.

I'm flashing my Infotainment firmware on the Miata.
Takes 40 mins to flash.
Hope I will not brick it. lol
