What Do You Love About AUTOGEEK????

I just though that it would be nice to show the personnel and company some much deserved appreciation for feeding our addictions and bending over backwards to help us with stuff!!!


What I love about AUTOGEEK is the interaction between their employees and us on the forums ( Mike, Nick, Meghan, Kirk and whoever im forgetting) and the advise on things they will give us. I have never seen such dedication. Another thing I love about autogeek is their ever expanding selection of products and also their urgency when correcting errors on peoples orders(we are all human lol) which dont happen often

Customer Service. Last night I had a issue with my order and once again Nick took charge and will take care of it. Its hard to find service like this:xyxthumbs::xyxthumbs:
 
Probably the best Customer Service ever...a lot of businesses don't grasp that Customer Service is a focal point that is often outlooked...a lot of businesses fail because of lack of and ineffective communication. I'm proud to say that AutoGeek is far from a poorly established company, and I can easily say that AutoGeek will always be a consumer/professional favourite and isn't going to disappear.
 
I'm very new here, but it's already clear to me that it's the customer service and large selection of products.
 
1) Nice and fun forum.
2) Customer service.
3) Killer house brands, but also sells other competing brands.

I think the one thing we can all say we love about Autogeek is MEGHAN!

I don't think that companies "overlook" customer service...it's just that oustanding CS is HARD WORK. How many times have you seen Nick or Meghan on the forum on a Saturday night responding to a problem? It's craziness.

Uhm....i want bagels!, will there be a bagel in my wonderful prize?

I love autogeek for 2 simple reasons

1. customer service, cant be said enough times, its second to none.

2. they let me win the awesome youtube giveaway and i cant wait for my prize!!!

3. Excellent customer service. (the term customer service includes so many things)
4. The online forum and that the fact y'all are very active on it.
5. Great sales...BOGO...VIP deals...free freight at times.

In this day and age customer service is pretty much non existent, sad but true, it is always refreshing to come across a company that gets it!! I'm sure y'all are going to continue to grow...can't wait til y'all open a warehouse in Dallas!! lol

On the subject of y'alls growth...since I couldn't find a listing for Palm Beach Motorsports I assume your a private company??
 
Even though I am new, I was a "lurker" for a long time.

I would say first and foremost, the selection at Autogeek is perhaps the best thing. Then comes their staff. People like Meghan :caflag:, Nick, Mike, Ray etc. They are always here to help in whatever capacity.

Not only does Autogeek carry almost all major brands, they consistently add new ones, especially if their customers want them. On top of that, Autogeek provides us a free forum that is free of invasive ads, and we can post almost anything we want or need help with.

Autogeek gets not one :xyxthumbs: but two :dblthumb2: thumbs up from me.
