What electric pressure washer do you use?

I've read all of the reviews and comments hoping to come to a conclusion. Seems like you can read bad reviews on just about any of the units mentioned. I want a small portable to use mobile. I'm thinking electric is more convenient. I've been using a unit from Home Depot and it's a piece of crap. Leaks all over the place. The Cam Spray sounds like a solid unit but very expensive and HEAVY! Hope there are more posts to help me reach a conclusion.

I use a Powerstroke 1600psi electric unit (Costco - ~$170) - when allowed (water restrictions). Had no issues and have Costco's return policy in my back pocket. Not particularly large or heavy.

I bought this a couple months ago and its a great pressure washer. The only problem I had with this was the quick connect system, it was made with plastic. I was trying to be careful while using it but it tipped and fell and broke the quick connect housing. I had to replace it with a brass system and its flawless now.

Here a pressure what I got.

Here is the brass quick connect system I just got.

I use a Kranzle K1600. Runs on 110 volts 1.7 gpm. It can run all day. Pumps goes into float mode when not using the gun. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Weighs around 30lbs.

Thanks, looks like a nice unit. No pictures of the wand etc. Where did you buy it?

Google CSN stores. The wand & the hose are heavy duty. If you buy it you will love it. Shipping was free.

So far the Karcher X series have been pretty good as far as I have gathered none of the members with these models have broken them or had problems other than the cheap quick connect plastic part that they give you, but that is an easy fix. Just buy a brass one, and replace the plastic one or just wait till it breaks and replace.

One good thing to note if you are mobile is that the Karcher and Kranzle have self priming pumps that are able to pull water from a still source of water. There might be other models as well but for now these are the two brands I have used. This is good if you are using a mobile detail tank on your rig.

I am just saying this because I bought a cheap model that did not have a pump and would not suck the water from the tank to save its life, unless you added an external pump.

Pressure Washer Direct has them with free shipping. If you zoom onto the picture of the model you will be able to see the wand on the right hand side. Planning on buying one of these very shortly.

I didn't know our Kracher can do that with a water tank. Glad I bought the X series.

I use the Bosch Aquatak 100+ pressure washer.

Great lil' machine! :)

I'm of the same mind. Compact, not too heavy, have to start saving. :xyxthumbs:

After extensive research, I bought the Kranzle 1120T (which is now 1122T) and couldn't be happier! German-made and built to last.

Excellent choice. It is a nice solid well built machine and if you do have issues you can actually repair it compared the disposable consumer grade models.

Loving my AR118, works great(within reason for it's compact size) and now I can easily take my foam cannon to where ever I need it.

Here's a pic of my now much more portable electric PW rig.
