Aside from your wash and detailing services. What would you say is your best selling add on service?

Scuff/light scratch removal. I charge $50 to take care of any obvious paint defect. Usually 4-5 spots around the vehicle. If they haven't purchased a full cvorrection, I usually up sell on the scuff removal 30% of the time

"do you want me to clean the leather seats?" $25 15 mins of work

Best selling would be air freshener lol. I charge a $1 for it and it costs me around .03 lol. Other than that I have been doing a lot of leather cleaning and install of UIG. People love to hear that your sealing the leather and then to be able to feel the effect of the UIG pretty much sells it self.

The other thinng that sells a lot is trim restoration and applying UTTG to good condition trum. People are all about preventing problems and love the way it looks and how long it lasts. Just show them a picture of a Chevy Avalanche and tell them if you don't use the UTTG your trim could end up like that. A few drops goes such a long way that it more than pays for itself.

By far it's paint sealant. I charge an extra $39 to use sealant instead of wax. It comes free with any 2-step, 3-step, or full correction...so in theory, I use the sealant to not only make an extra $39, but to help people make the decision to upgrade to a higher exterior service.

Works like a charm.

my best selling service is the one i sell , make sense?:))

After reading some of these comments it makes me realize we charge way too little for what we do in our details.

Headlight restoration.

I almost always try to sell headlight restoration if the lenses are only slightly dull. It's an easy sell and easy work. Usually slightly damaged lenses can be fixed in 5 minutes with M105 and a wool pad. I charge $15 for this type of service if they are already getting a detail. If the lenses need wet sanding or if the customer is only at the shop for headlight restoration I charge at least $45.

Sealants and wax upgrades would be next. Both pretty easy to sell.
