I fee like most microfiber works well for quick detailling but i find when removing wax some work great and some are awful.

Whats your favorite MF for removing wax/sealants?

The Mothers MF 12-pack...$2.00 ea. This is the same MF towel they sell with their clay kits. Great for removing LSP, or quick detailer. Shorter nap, super soft, bargain price, sown edges.

Sonus buffing towel white with the red border Sonus Der Wonder Microfiber Buffing Towels, microfiber buffing towels, quick detailing towels, detailing towels

Ultima buffing towel white with the blue border softest towels ever as are the Sonus.... Just have to remove the tag which is very simple. Hold in the correct place on the border to protect the seam and a good firm tug removes it without leaving any trace.

PS ultra plush or the PB towels perfect mix of softness and thickness

Rolled edge towels (can't beat that price). Get them on bogoSuper Soft Deluxe Microfiber Towels, microfiber detailing towels, microfiber buffing towels, detail cloth, micro fiber

I find that Cobra's Blue Microfiber Polishing Cloth, (#MF-500), seems to work for me.

Eurow Microfiber Premium...Sold by microfiberhome or Amazon..

Package of 36..16x16.. 350 GSM sells for $23.95...Absolutely perfect and super soft...IMHO

Back side of the rolled edge microfibers.

Those Sonus towels do look really nice though....

Really enjoy the rolled edge MFs. With two different piles I use one side to break open the film/haze and then buff with the plush side. The gold mfs are also my go-to towel for QDs and buffing off LSPs. Was enjoying using the Super Plush Deluxe towels but, then they started leaving lint/fibers on the surface that I would have to wipe off with a less plush towel. Maybe the new ones aren't having that issue. IMO the yellow mulit-purpose MFs are soft enough for LSPs and products wash out of them better than really plush towels. I guess it's just a matter of what you feel comfortable with on your paint.

I am a big fan now of the Cobra blue rolled edge towels and Sonus Der Wunder for final buff.

The Blue rolled edge towels.......by far my favorite towel for anything paint related!

I've had no trouble with Cobra Jr 600s. They occasionally bunch, but that's more likely to happen when I'm rushing, so that's user error.

I, too, am a fan of the rolled edge microfibers. At 3 for $9.99 they are likely the best buy you'll find in a quality mf.

My favorite are the ones I got from PAC with a kit before they closed. They are white and have a short and long nap side and are microfiber banded. Super soft. I must say the Rolled Edge microfibers look very nice.

The old navy blue Cobra "edgeless" were my favs.
I now use the 16X16 purple Cobra's.

Ok, I'll take credit for turning everyone onto the blue rolled edge MF's from the thread I started! :p :p

I prefer an edgeless for a sealant or wax. I prefer a long pile for spray LSPs. I have coated both my vehicles now and apply Permanon once a month with a long pile MF.

Meguiar's Ultimate Wipes for me. Should have more on my doorstep tomorrow from Autogeek. :)

Now I can see I need to try these rolled edges ones too.
