I would do exactly what Rafael suggested, Flex 3401 with all the backing plates and small hybrid pads. I would consider getting 6 or more of the orange and white pads. Those are my most used and having multiple on hand really helps.
I was actually in the same boat as you maybe 2 years ago and happened to be in Florida so I stopped by the showcar garage at autogeek and Mike Phillips was gracious enough to take a few hours out of his day to let me try out the flex and Rupes polishers on a really cool 1932 Ford. I ended up choosing the Flex 3401 over the Rupes because it seemed to do just a little bit better of a job. That being said, I just added a Rupes 15 to the detailing cart, but still prefer the Flex for heavier correction jobs.
I also agree on the Menzerna polishes, do a search for the "smack technique". One of the forum members put together a how to on using these polishes with the flex and hybrid pads. It has changed the way I polish cars, it's that good.
Keep whatever waxes and sealants you have and like, and it sounds like you already have good microfibers.

ViGi, consider starting a separate thread will probably get you better answers, a lot of people are sick of looking at the "which polisher is better" threads and probably won't even see your questions.

Alright im either gonna get a Flex or a rupes because that seems to be recommended and i feel like buying a 100$ polisher like a griots is going to not last or not be super effective, but i have no clue which one i should get.
That's just silly logic.
Griots is what you need, good power, lifetime warranty. If you're just doing your own stuff or a here and there, more than enough.
