TufBuff are great pads with the 3401, however, I have found the polish angel lambswool pads to cut better.TufBuf Black Wool, 6" on FLEX 3401
Cut faster and finish better than any MF, Foam or Wool pad that I have tried.

I have notice that that cars vary when it comes to machine polishing at work. Some cars come out better with just the fine polish.I think the first question before any recommendation would be what year and make of vehicle is it and what's the condition of the paint?
Vette's are tough paints, Hondas and Subaru's soft, Audi responds best to MicroFiber, etc......
Also, what products are you looking to use (can be vehicle dependent too)
