Micro-Chenille one for me and one for my daughter when she helps. Both from AGO.

Not sure if you are set on a mitt or would consider another option, but I stopped using mitts and now use a natural sea wool sponge. Can't beat it for a 2 bucket wash. They release dirt/grime more effectively than any other material, are extremely soft when wet, hold loads of solution and is a breeze to maintain (no laundry necessary), just squeeze out out and let dry. Well worth the money IMO.
Here is a good article that was posted in a previous thread.
Why A Natural Sea Sponge is the Best Product for Washing Your Car or Truck
Found them, this is kinda funny. Its soft enough for baby skin. Lol

This is the last one I bought and it was perfect. I'm sure the link is correct, but just in case, make sure it is the wool sponge, not yellow, and is 8-9 inch.

I use a boar's hair brush followed by a MF chenille wash mitt.
I also like the cotton chenille mitts. They are safer than the MF ones, because the fibers are so delicate. The only downside is that they come apart rather quickly, because the fibers are so delicate.
I can get the big particles of dirt off with the brush the most safely, as the particles go in between the bristles. With a light touch and a lot of suds, like that foam gun method, I think it is the safest way to start a wash. You can't get a really dirty car clean with a brush. You can't rub hard with it it. For that, you need a soft mitt like a chenille. What do you see as the advantage to using both tools?

I was once with the brush, and once with the mitt.
Today, I use nothing but the Micro-Chenille Wash Mitts. You simply cannot find a better washing mitt on the market today. The microfiber fingers agitate the vehicle's surface to release dirt particles and gather them between the deep strands. Loosened dirt will gather in the mitt, rather than being rubbed against the paint.
Agreed! I've tried the fancy merino wool mitt and was extremely disappointed.
