What's the best/most dramatic correction you've done?

I only started getting pics after I joined here and realized I could share my work with everyone. Plus I wanted them for my facebook and eventually my website. So, I've started using my gf's Cannon Rebel XSI for my pictures. I'm by no means a photographer but by using a quality camera my pics are coming out better.

That cup holder of yours still grosses me out every time I see it (I think I saw it before when you first joined here and if I recall it's on your facebook). I can only imagine what it smelled like. Hope you wore a hazmat suit!

haha, yeah that was a nasty one. I definitely had a mask and gloves for that job. I started taking pics when my girlfriend bought a used digital camera on ebay and didn't like it. So I stuck it in the shop. Best thing I ever did. It's really handy to have a camera around at all times.

All the details are incredible but page 3 simply floored me. That Caddy restore was epic!

If it's my pics you are speaking of...That was actually a 79 Caprice (They look very similar). All I was supposed to do for that job was the chrome. But, I couldn't help but give the paint a little TLC as well. Thanks! :dblthumb2:

Yup, that's the pic. Coulda sworn it was the Cadillac symbol on the grill. and that cup holder section

In short- Your work is incredible.

Yeah, no shortage of awesome work from you guys. I still dry-heave every time I see that center console...eeesh

Original paint from 1969, this is probably the most dramatic that I have in pictures. Poorboy's World Products, I believe SSR 2.5, SSR 2, SSR 1, Black Hole and Natty's Red.

That console is my favorite before and after, ha. Its a good show off type picture. I've got a pretty good one in my shop right now. You guys are gonna love this interior job. I'm actually cleaning up my shop right now in preparation, ha. I just want to have everything lined up, filled up, clean, and ready to tackle this bad boy.

This one should be interesting. Matter ah fact. I'm gonna go start a thread with the before pictures! :xyxthumbs:

Here's one of my best before and after pics. For this I used Menzerna sip, Menzerna po85rd and topped it off with p21s. Also this was done with the original PC.

WOW! What would a job like that cost?

And would you believe that one day I was driving it and he says " Comon Dave don't be a sissy, do a real burnout!!"

 That's just criminal! Guess if he can afford to keep tracking down $850/ea. factory correct tires that's good for him, but jeez.

Obviously he isn't the type to want NCRS or Bloomington certification for the car.

here is my worst one that i have on record. This was done with a pc and poorboys ssr1 there is no wax on it at this stage. I didnt even know what color it was till it was buffed.

this is the 1st time i use my skills on a friend's car, this was right after i learnt how to handle my rotary with KC

So recently a buddy of mine bought a red 1990 240sx. He got a hell of a deal on it especially since the original owner thought that the passenger side door needed repainted. My friend who is very familiar with my work looked at the door as something I could fix with polishing so he bought the car and brought it strait to me. After inspecting the paint I thought this would be a good job for my new Flex 3401. So i grabbed a orange pad and some Menzerna Powergloss and started buffing. Once the compound did all it could do I finished the door with some po85rd and blue pad. Anyway here's the pics. My friend and I were pretty shocked at just how well it turned out.
