My cardio exercise for the day. Mowed the lawn at a fast pace to beat the rain.

Ran two half-marathons in 2 weeks time, running is a passion for me. All in prep for a full in November (my first).

Squatting while cleaning the wheels and tires gives me a nice burn in my legs

Loaded up equipment to go land a 5" frac stack. Over the heat after yesterday. It should never go above 70 that would be great

Funny story my wife told me today when we first met I use to walk with her all the time. I said yeah I did but at that time I was trying to get you and when I did the mission was completed. I know that’s mean but geez lady I’m not walking 6 miles in 105 heat but I still love you lol. We can do anything else in the world but walking more than the required amount of steps it takes to get to one of the cars is off my available options.
