it's so important (especially as we age) to exercise the most important muscle in our body (Heart) and even just walking around the neighborhood adds up over time. keep up the excellent job, you should be proud!rops:

detailing/cars is important to us all on here, but what's more important is your health. if you don't have that nothing else matters in this world and what good is life then. with so many health issues/problems today like diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, etc, it's important to keep mobile/active otherwise over time it gets worse. a heart attack (silent killer) can happen at anytime without a person knowing it. one should never depend only on medication (if taken), but exercise/diet as they all go hand in hand. your story shows your determination/motivation (and will power) and my hats off to you (one of the best things i've heard this year), keep it up! :dblthumb2:
