Don't know if this count. Shovel snow.

Did Orangetheory today for an hour. Been going for about six weeks now, about 4-5 days a week. Pretty pleased with how I am feeling coming from a background in more Olympic style lifting.

I've watched myself on camera when I was training for the 2002 Paralympics and the above video is how I swim. I was luck to train under Coach Bud Taylor in Cottage Grove, Oregon - Awesome swim coach.

When I'm working out with hand paddles though I look more like a freight train moving through the water and turn a pool into a raging ocean.

that's awesome Mike! if you swim like the gentleman in that video then you must be pretty darn smooth. while the whole body plays a role in swimming correctly/efficiently, the pull is what i focus on a lot (use paddles as well) because that's what propels you through the water. keep it up! :props:

I can’t even swim. You guys are crazy.

Yeah, but you can lift hundreds of lbs. I can’t (lower back).

You got me there. Not very impressive when a minuscule puddle of water can overpower me.

Lifting hundreds of pounds resulted in my bad lower back.

My exercise now consists of the physical therapy routines I learned, light mechanical, and yard work. (Sigh........)
