Ran this morning...
This week is the beginning of my 16 week training schedule for my marathon in December Im the MAN
gotta hand it to you. i use to run but it's too hard on my joints and i could run maybe two miles before having to stop/walk and start again. don't know how some (like yourself) can run miles and miles continuously. swimming on the other hand, i can do laps upon laps. best of luck to you in the marathon!![]()
