What's the last form of exercise you've done?

Still hitting the gym 5-6 days a week if work or “life” doesn’t interfere.

I spend about an hour to an hour and a half each day for each muscle group such as legs, shoulders, back, arms, chest, and I mix in abs during those workouts...or at least I try to! I’ve actually hit a “wall” with increasing my bench press so that’s motivating me right now!

Im 55 (god I hate saying that) and I bust my ass just about everyday that I go, I’m not trying to be the muscle guy but I enjoy seeing the improvement in the mirror...just like car detailing...you stand back and look at your hard work, it’s actually starting to be therapy for me, plug in the earbuds and go!

Started back with men’s league/beer league ice hockey ( my senior citizen hip is not happy). Also, summer is in full swing up here in NE Pennsylvania so wakeboarding, slalom skiing and wake surfing are on the early morning weekly agenda, on top of bike riding 3x a week (I like variety as I get bored easily)

1 mile outdoor walk this morning.

2.6 mile treadmill walk tonight

Moved about 15 wheelbarrows of river stone about 100 feet.

Couple of squats w no weight. I grew up playing baseball and was a catcher for over 10 yrs. my knees dont like heavy weights anymore. My kids say i sound like a transformer when i get up, lol.

I have a fightcamp and try to hit the bag everyday.

I got to get with the program here. I'm breaking out my bike this week and going to start doing at least 10 miles a day.
Well maybe 5 to start

It’s almost 6:00am - sun hasn’t poked up yet…

When it’s still dark out, I walk around the pool and inspect for snakes that may have gotten into the pool by accident but now can’t get out.

Been there, done that…

Haha, we get bullfrogs that decide to go for a swim at night and get sucked into the skimmers. If I get to them in time they happily hop away. If they didn't make it through the night they get catapulted over the fence into the lot next door for the local carnivores to feast on.

It’s 6:03am - time to rough-up the water

One of the benefits of living north (MN) in the summer, sunrise @ 5:35am means a 6:03am swim would be bright out. :)
But, living in MN also leads to little sunlight in the winter time. :(

Oh, and to contribute to this thread, I started doing some crunches and leg lifts recently. Not ready to get into 'real' exercise.....yet.

150 heart rate? I think i wouldn’t be here anymore!!!

Ironically, they say my "max" heart rate is 180 - for my age/weight/etc. Today was a tougher workout, normally my avg heart rate is in the upper 130s to about 140. I will say there is hardly ever a time I have left and said, boy that was easy. In fact, I am still sore from Wednesdays workout.

Added in a few sets of barbell floor
presses during today’s workout.
