What's the last form of exercise you've done?

So your back is better, Monica?

I asked in another post a long while ago, but I know you missed it.

Thx for asking! Sorry I missed the last question...

YES! It’s 100% better! I’m staying away from a few things I did at the gym that I think screwed it up to be safe.

BEAUTIFUL MIKE! I'm jealous!

Ran 4 miles this morning before work and a storm rolling in later this morning :xyxthumbs:

I tell you what - it would be so much easier to turn the alarm off and go back to sleep. :)

Running or jogging is really hard on your body. While I can no longer run, (I can fall fast, kind of like running for 2-3 seconds), I do miss it.

I hear that!!!!!

It's definitely addictive. I've modified my training to less actual running and more cross training and weights. It's healthier overall and has actually helped my running :dblthumb2:

I agree. Yesterday in the gym I focused on shoulder muscles, I felt it in the pool when working out with paddles.

I meet a LOT of guys with bad knees and ripped up shoulders. I have neither but I'm also pro-active in making sure I don't have blown-out shoulders or knees.

It is... great cardio but bad for joints.

I'm trying to keep it all balanced so I don't overdo it.
So far so good ;)

looking forward to seeing katie swimming at the 2020 olympics. doubt anyone will come close to beating her as she is easily leading by 4-5 body lengths (the competition is basically swimming for the silver medal). great pull technique, she is amazing...

click video below then click "watch on youtube"...

Worked the company's Jeeps and Java yesterday... with all the walking I did, lifting and it was 93 degrees I skipped the gym :xyxthumbs:
