YES! It’s 100% better! I’m staying away from a few things I did at the gym that I think screwed it up to be safe.

Running or jogging is really hard on your body. While I can no longer run, (I can fall fast, kind of like running for 2-3 seconds), I do miss it.![]()
I've modified my training to less actual running and more cross training and weights.
It's healthier overall and has actually helped my running.

i use to run but it's too hard on the joints. swimming is my running now and then some...![]()
Worked the company's Jeeps and Java yesterday... with all the walking I did, lifting and it was 93 degrees I skipped the gym :xyxthumbs:
Copy that. A good detail job is also good exercise.
I skipped swimming and the gym on Saturday and detailed this instead....
