What's the last form of exercise you've done?

NEWEST form of exercise...Compounding the upper sides of an oxidized RV. 6' up a ladder. Flex SupaBEAST trying to "dance" me off the ladder. That's a core workout. Especially at 67 years of experience. Never got pulled all the way off the ladder, but came close!

Some coworkers have been doing CrossFit workouts in the parking lot during lunch. Joined them today for the first time. Definitely gonna feel it in a day or two.

Tomorrow you'll be a little sore....Thursday you'll call in sick since when you try to get out of bed you'll probably "face-plant"...then crawl back into bed! :):):)

...then by the end of the week...you'll have discovered you have arthritis in places you didn't even know you had lol :laughing:
 
The struggle was real this morning when I put on my socks and shoes. Finally starting to loosen back up though.
 
Another run today... in the soup of the summer heat and humidity.
Got out later than planned.

Training for another marathon the weekend of St. Patty's Day, so I've been pounding the frozen pavement each week.
 
I train 5-6 days a week have for 30 years

Weights and cardio
I'm in a 10 week community weight loss challenge right now, I'm on a severe cut to Winn the $1000 prize..

The Mrs. won it last year

Bosko, that is awesome. I am just getting back to more of weights routine as I prep for wakesurfing n wakeboarding in May ( the lake is frozen at this point). Plenty of men’s league ice hockey {even though my senior citizen hip is not happy}, rowing n indoor biking for cardio. Keep at it, congratulations.

Marathon in 4 days!

Also just signed up for the St. Jude's marathon.
Actually gonna fundraise for that one... such a great cause.

Mrs. took second place...she just got the call....I'm proud of her work......I didn't place...
 
I instantly laughed when i see this post lol Does sex count haha

I really need to start training again however - weight training, i always feel better. And lots of veggies!
