No hail damage to you car, I couldn't think of anything worse.

I was lucky on 3 counts, though there was a lot of it, it was small hail, almost none fell at my place, and I was out doing some shopping, the FJ was in an undercover carpark. No hail damage to you car, I couldn't think of anything worse.

I got a good show though, people were going nuts trying to get the cars into the carpark, it was gridlock, a bunch of people were driving in through the exits, so no one could get in or out, lots of pointing, shouting, and blasts of horns. It was hilarious.

Hahaha "flash drought"...idiots always making up new words/terms.Local weather-types are referring to this as a "flash drought" which is a new term for me. Hot and sunny, mostly, but comfortably cooler down here on the lakefront.
The same folks that decided snow storms need named like hurricanes.Hahaha "flash drought"...idiots always making up new words/terms.

Wow, sharp eyesight there, yes, you can just make out the single black line left on the road on Saturday night. I don't know about you, but I'd be embarrassed leaving a single black line like that."Smoke from the local Hoons"

Smoke “eclipse” from the wildfires up in Canada.
Hey you Canadians… Put that SH!T out already. You’re blocking my damn sun!
Seriously though, it’s a pretty bad situation up there.
I hope everyone up there stays safe.

We went through the same thing November 2019 - January 2020. Fires all over the country, Sydney was surrounded. It was right when we were looking for our new house, we rejected even looking in certain areas due to bushfire danger. There was heavy smoke in the air for weeks. A lot of a certain type of person wearing masks and complaining about the air quality, funny thing, those same type of people refused to wear masks and complained about "stuff" during covid. That fire season burned 243000 square km, that's almost 94000 square miles. Its been cloudy down here for a couple days now, like its going to rain but nothing.
Have you seen the satilite video/imagery of all that up there? One day nothing...then the next poof all these little smoke spots started sparatically all over at the same time. Almost intentional? All in the name of "climate emergency".

Most were natural, lightning strikes for example, some were accidental, farmers welding carelessly or campers careless with fires, but some were deliberate, and that's either arsonists or dumb kids.Yeah i vaguely remember you talking about fires back then. Thats sad how much wildlife/land or people/property was lost.
Are thinking those fires were intentional? I dont know anything about what happened with that in your country.
I wont comment on anything else as i think we think differently on the other topics and its probly best not to reginite that arguement lol

This guy aint worried about suspension/being banned lol. Its all just free speech brother, we aint breaking no laws here. Most were natural, lightning strikes for example, some were accidental, farmers welding carelessly or campers careless with fires, but some were deliberate, and that's either arsonists or dumb kids.
We need more controlled burn offs, to reduce the fuel load. Our first nations peoples have been doing it for thousands of years, both for hunting and fuel load reduction. Certain regions now use their knowledge, at least where they're still on their original lands.
On the other thing, yeah I shouldn't have made that comment, we could go too far and get ourselves suspended or banned.
