They're retired racing greyhounds and stand about hip-high to me... I knelt to take the pic, but yeah... they're tall. They're not Mastiff's or Great Dane tall, but I'd say yeah.. they're tall, thin, fast, and can beat your GT off the line... :) 0-45 mph in 6 strides... A cheetah is 0-45 in 4 strides. But of course, 18-20 hours of sleep are in order for that to happen. :)

They're my 45 mph couch potatoes!
 
Going down to -6* F tonight then maybe an inch of snow tomorrow and tomorrow night. What’s got my attention though is historic cold possible the middle of next week:

Currently -12, building towards a high of 4°.

Next week highs range from -4 to 7°, 3-5” of snow coming this Sunday. I guess if it’s gonna be cold, at least there should be snow...
 
We finally have winter in Mid Michigan,its 11 right now and falling through the week and about 8 inches of snow

Oh, and I bought a brand new snow blower on November 15th to replace my 30 year old one.

ZERO snow has fallen this winter. I mean not even a flake.

Well, I guess technically it is doing its job...................:doh:

Feel your pain. Just bought a snowblower the day after Black Friday. We’ve only gotten a few snows. Most I’ve used it on was maybe 3”. Sure was nice though not using my back and the shovel. Can’t wait to try it on some deep snow and watch it absolutely blow it everywhere, kind of don’t want it to do that though as the cars won’t be clean.

Been a toasty warm couple of days for me. :props:

This was inside the shop today . . . No, I don’t have AC - an 11kw unit would be required for a shop of this size & that would cost almost as much to run as our lease payments . . . I just gotta suck it up & get my sweat on!! :buffing:

We have gotten about 3-4" of snow yesterday. Today the temperature is just above 32F. What's real fun is that the temps are going to drop later to the evening. So Ice World here we come LOL.

Unpredicted this weather now here in southern of Sweden. Forecast says to be 32F during the day and drop during the night. And it can come more snow this weekend.

Stay hydrated Aaryn in those temps! We hear a lot of news on the high heat wave in Australia. So hope you don't have that crazy temps in New Zeeland.

22° currently in Chicago and 3-6 inches of the white stuff on the ground. And then the deep freeze, with in near 0° tonight and -15 to -25 tomorrow night. Ugh.
