what's your weather currently like?

I was thinking a garage lol

When we lived out in the bush without a garage I had a block heater, a battery mat, and a pan heater for the automatic tranny, and there were still days around 40-50 below actual that you simply weren't going anywhere

Yeah that doesnt sound pleasant lol. We have used those years ago on at a coal powerhouse project on the heavy equipment. They do work quite well. But when its this cold its a no no to even crank over a machine.

On a higher note drivers door handle broke on the buick today...and the battery is dead. Got a new acdelco on order and just picked up a new door handle. Got the charger on boost and then make my way to inlaws garage to tear door apart. F me lol

I hit dislike simply because that's not what you want to hear this time of year, or a job you want to take on either

Once again, when we lived out in the bush (Bethel Alaska) the heater blower on my Chevy pickup went out at 20-30 below and had to be replaced in the driveway, I replaced a starter on my Suburban at 20 below laying in the driveway, etc etc

I was younger then (40s-50s) but still...

Hope you get it sorted my friend and Merry Christmas

Some fool is ice fishing down below me right now.....LOL

Partially frozen pipes with rolling blackouts. First time I've experienced a rolling blackout here but the local news is telling everyone "this happens all the time....this is completely normal... "

Me thinks we've entered a new pandemic

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas Flash!!

The summer heat has arrived after an unusually cold Spring and mild start to Summer.

Those numbers are in degrees Celsius. Tuesday for example will be 102 degrees F.

I hate summer, working outdoors in the heat is my worst nightmare. :(

We're finally out of the deep freeze for the foreseeable future and now the dilemma, to wash the automobiles or not.
Most roads are wet and side streets are slushy mess, so vehicles would only be clean for a day or 2.

Exactly 45 degrees warmer than Sunday morning here today.

(54). :)
