what's your weather currently like?

From a downunder perspective, I consider over 34C/93f to be hot, but it can be humidity dependant, if you get humidity above 60% you can drop 5 degrees off that and it's still really uncomfortable. But we've also had days over 38C/100f with 20% humidity where it's perfectly comfortable if you're in the shade. It's also dependant on whether you're at the start or end of the season, depends what you've been used to.

Been really lucky here in PA. October was stellar. Even Nov. has been great so far. Sure, we are going to pay for it later...

We had another earthquake today, just after noon, 4.1 magnitude, about 90km away. So they're now saying this is part of a swarm, 50+ over the last few months, with four over magnitude 4. I didn't feel a thing, the dogs didn't react, but people much further away say they felt it, go figure.

High 40's and sunny here today right now, rain expected to move in this evening. Watching the news last night the weatherman said that the high of 50F we had (which is the historical *average* high for 11/12) was the LOWEST high temp we've had since April 24th! That's kind of crazy.

I'm generally on a weekly wash routine.......summer, if the OCD kicks in, I might have washed it 3X a week......

1st time ever we have been on drought watch. I haven't done any washes in the last few weeks.......and am tempted to try my hand at rinse less but even after all these years, I still can't wrap my head on this....marring wise. I do use waterless when I hit up the jambs. the doors, etc....but these are paint surfaces you don't really see

Guess our luck is running out. 60 out to 30 and winter storm warning Thursday - Saturday. Calling for 6-12 inches.

Most of the little bit of snow we have received blew away and drifted over the last few days of sustained winds of 25-30 with gusts to 50-60

It is about 5 degrees today and supposed to be sunny and no snow forecast until next Monday/Tuesday

That 5w40 Motul is coming out this Sat

We got bombed cycloned in the NW yesterday. Lots of power outages….

I saw that, hope everything is ok with you and yours

Yeah was lucky to be one of the few who didn’t lose power. Funny how everyone knew it was coming but most stocked up after it passed. Gas stations and grocery stores were crazy

We just got our annual notice from the electric cooperative on the protocol for winter prep, power outages and such and people won't listen to it and panic after the fact and then slam the power company for what Mother Nature does

Human nature I guess

In less than an hour quite an accumulation so far. Got in a cab just before 9 (not yet snowing) to take my wife for some tests and we were done and leaving the hospital before 10 to be greeted by OH MY, just walking from the door to the cab stand was nasty. Got home and walked around the corner to the cafe to grab some take out and shot a picture of the park across the street before walking back. This morning's weatherman said people wouldn't need to shovel, it would melt in the PM . . . I don't THINK so Paul! :ROFLMAO: 🥶
