Usually Megs All Season Dressing, even tho I hate the smell!
 
Another vote for Meg's APC and Meg's All Season Dressing. It lasts a long time on the wells. I just spray and let it sit. ASD also lasts a long time on tires too. Weeks not days.

Same here. Super degreaser works well too.
You don't like the smell? I actually kind of like it. It almost smells like a weird cologne smell to me. It's kind of strong though..
 
I use APC to clean with a brush, then use Adam's Undercarriage Spray to dress them

You must clean your wheels daily, got different brake pads which don't dust much, or you don't drive a German car which is notorious for brake dust even within a week of moderate driving. :)

Back to the OP...

I use whatever APC I happen to have (e.g., Meguiar's APC), and then Armor All to dress. Yes, Armor All. It works great, looks great on the wheel wells, and it's way cheaper than things like Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray or Chemical Guys Bare Bones.

I use Cyclo CM30 APC and various brushes to clean, and Chemical Guys Bare Bones to dress.
 
After cleaning, I use the least expensive (read: cheapest) aerosol tire cleaner on the plastic/rubber 'stuff.' I lay an old towel, sheet, drop cloth or whatever I have on hand (at the time) over the tire/wheel and spray away.
