Which compound?

Now mind you on very soft paint M101 could be too aggressive so it does depend on what you are working with. On soft paint maybe M205 with a cutting pad or even a polishing pad could do the trick.

Your 100% right, we saw that when Roshan hit that Dodge Viper spoiler(pretty sure it was a spoiler) with M101. It happned to be a re-painted part with much softer paint, and heavy marring occurred. He cleaned it up with M205.
 
I have not had to polish a car in about two mouths . I just use FG400. A another great combo is OPT hyper system.
 
I use Menzerna products almost exclusively. What I could do with power gloss and then follow with super finish, I can now do just as good if not better with Fast Gloss. I love this stuff! Very nice to work with and low dusting. It's pricier than power gloss but well worth it since it finishes down sooo nice. :props:
 
Haven't tried M101 but I am sure this summer I will get too. Need to use detailing spray with M105 and that is getting old!
