Which electric pressure washer? There should be a sticky

What about the Powerplay PressureJet 1800-PSI 1.4-GPM Axial Cam Pump? I read someone post about it, but no one really said anything. I thought the "Cam" pumps were suppsed to be better. That P/W is 179@ home depot

Your on your own buddy with this one..
people have gave suggestions and you can get reviews on-line...
I personally , living in NY, will wait and see what goes on sale and then get an extended warranty , if available .....but will make sure its a standard electric model with quick connect wand

I just don't know enough about them. I am leaning towards the San joe one, and you can get it at home depot with a 2 year warranty. And they will price match to amazon, so when my price tracker dings again, I'll pick it up(unless I change my mind and go for a different one).

The black max motor runs only when the trigger is pulled. This will be my third season using mine and I love it.

You wouldnt use a foam canon on this?
At 1700 psi and 1.2 gpm ...it seems like like its at a minimum for the canon

I think that was me. From what I can tell, it's basically a rebranded AR Blue clean (it has "AR" stamped on several parts) with some nice upgrades: metal connectors instead of plastic, proper gun with quick connects. I've only used it about a dozen times so far and I'm pretty happy with it. I also have a foam canon and it snaps right on and works well. I can snap some pics if you'd like

Here are a few pics while I have some time. Also, I bought mine at Costco, so no need to pay for an extended warranty

Still considering my options ….but am truly considering purchasing the AR Blue Clean 390SS today unless someone else says otherwise?

Thoughts?

That's what I got. Haven't used it yet. The only comment I can make is it seems AR uses proprietary connections for the HP hose at both ends, making the use of universal or upgrade replacement parts from third parties tricky or impossible. I was hoping to replace the hose (I hate the hoses on ALL cheap PWs) with a Flexzilla, but it seems I won't bother with the added expense of adapters, nor the added hassle.

I bought the AR Blue 1600psi four months ago when I opened my shop full time.
We use it daily, pretty much 6-7 days per week and have to say I'm more than pleased with it.
I'm also a bit shocked that it's still running, when I bought it I hoped to get 2-3 months out of it but I got more.

The only problem I have is the pressure hose that came with the unit.
I bought a 25 foot extension hose which holds up well but the hose that is needed for the washer isn't the best, I had to replace it twice in four months , not too big of a deal being it's only cost $16.00.
I keep a spare hose to make sure I'm ready for the next break.

A rock solid pressure washer at a low cost.

Well, after talking a little more with another member here, I decided to go with the smaller AR112 (1600psi) model instead of the twice as expensive AR390SS (2000psi) model.

Was wondering if this Foam Cannon will be the right fit?

Thanks in advance!

I think you can use any MTM cannon as long as you have this adapter-- AR Foamer Cannon Adapter

Ace Hardware had the AR112 on sale last month of $80 and now I'm kicking myself for not jumping on it.

I have an spx3000 and a new unused Karcher k5.740. Cant wait for this crap weather to pass so I can fire it up!

Just picked up the AR Blue 383SS on Amazon for $175 with free shipping. Now I need to figure out how to get the Ar Foam Cannon to work properly:).

Let us know how the MTM works on this PW. I'm looking at it as well. Does this unit use proprietary connections for the hoses like the previous generations? Trying to decide between this, the 390SS and a Karcher K5.740.
