Which wax for WHITE???

4 Star UPP and Wolfgang, usually topped with #16 both look really good on Wytstang's car. I have a similar white Mustang GT and have had good luck with Duragloss #111, Poorboy's EX-P and #16. I sometimes top them off with S100 for a little extra glow.

Pinnacle Liquid Souveran, I used it on my MB and it's the best so far.

+1 :dblthumb2:

845IW is known as a "bright" wax, incredible on lighter colors, IMO. It also seems to shed dirt, after driving in rain my white vehicle doesn't even appear dirty even when it needs a serious wash by my standards.

I have the same opinion, but I can't remember who it was that posted a picture showing 845IW darkening the paint.

845IW seems to really make silver paint bright, so I would think it would look good on white as well.

I also recall people recommending Jeff's Werkstatt AJT for white paint.

Doug... does your white paint on your Audi have flakes??? I heard 845 really mutes flakes. I have some nice purddy flakes in my paint, and don't want anything that flattens that out. Any opinion on that? Here's my flake:

NICE color. I don't have flakes. Ibis White

Thanks Doug... I love Audi's too. Almost got one instead of my Z.

But anyways, yeah your paint is flake-free. Don't get me wrong, I love Fuzion, but I think that's why it looks good on your paint, because there's no flakes to mute :)

I dunno... maybe I'm blowing hot air. Can someone chime in if they know whether or not Fuzion mutes flakes?

i hope my White Titan look like your White Z? the worst white color i see out there is the Titan. Hard to keep that White pop and shine.

Nelly, my pearl white '07 Sonata, looks great in several products including Wet Diamond sealant, sealant topped with Fuzion, sealant topped with Midnight Sun.

Fuzion topper over sealant is my favorite combination.

Do a search for user: gewb and keyword: Nelly to find pics.

Regards,
GEWB

All the suggestions are good and worth trying, though I have a hard time believing you will find a better combination than 4 Star Ultimate sealant topped with Fuzion.

But you might consider trying Finish Kare 1000p. It really does have a slightly different look than the other waxes, and this look (sometimes described as an extra coat of clearcoat) may really make your white car stand out. I have not used 1000p on white (our CR-V is silver blue), but I know that many others have, with pleasing results. I love the 1000p look on our CR-V.

Huh??? I think my pearl white is one of the coolest out there. Not sure what you were implying. With that much flake in mine, I would think it's very easy to get it to pop and shine.

sorry for the confusion
I got a Nissan Titan and it's white color, and what i said it my Titan white paint Color is not as beautiful white like your, it's very dull looking and hard to make it shiny.
Do nissan come with few different white colors?

Thanks for the suggestion... I heard good things about 1000p. Plus it's affordable. I might try that next too.

White is a tricky color to make stand out.

I have tried MANY different products and the stand out process that really makes it look amazing is:

Duragloss 501
Followed by Duragloss 105 or Duragloss 111

Duragloss 111 has more of the typicall bullet proof shine that comes with sealants.

These products are VERY economical and are the absolute best I have used on white/light colored paint

Ah I see... thanks for explaining. Yes, I have seen many differen't "flat" whites. I don't reall y care for those. I usually am not a white paint person, but when I saw this new pearl white from Nissan, it literally glows in sunlight. Had to have it. I believe Nissan (and other manufacturers) do offer other types of white. Hard to match.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have heard a lot of good things about DG. The only product I've used from them is Aquawax, which I like... I use it mostly on my rims, but it's super easy and slick. I might have to try 111 or 105.

If you want to try a sealant that will definitely not mute the flakes, try Jeff's Werkstatt AJT.

Fuzion over Blackfire Wet Diamond after corrected and finished with Menzerna line and PB White Diamond glaze between.
