Will this work well with the foam cannon?

I don't see why not, as long as it will attach to the cannon you should be good. I've been playing with my new Foam Cannon using an old 1600 psi Husky, It's great! Every car soap I've put in it worked well but DP extreme foam is, well, EXTREME! :xyxthumbs:

Is 1600 PSI enough to "white out" your car? How would I be able to determine if it will be able to attach to the foam cannon?

You need to find out which style of fitting comes with this pressure washer... can you find out the style of fitting it uses?

More information here,

Oh yeah! Thick THICK foam, I found it's all in the dilution ratio of the soap. I graduated the bottle it comes with for easy filling. Last time I washed I used just about two ounces of DP Xtreme soap in I think 4-5 ounces of water (which only fills a small amount of the Foam Cannon bottle) and was able to white out the car THREE times... Foam>PW rinse>Foam> 1 bucket wash>Foam>PW rinse> sheeting rinse. Way beyond necessary but it was fun! You'll be good. :xyxthumbs:

I've also found DP Auto Bath, Megs gold class and Kit Carnauba to perform satisfactorily once "dialed in" correctly.

I just went and looked, My Husky PW is actually 1800 psi.

I just picked up a 1700 psi pressure from home depot for $150. I love it!

I read the reviews on this pressure washer in my original post, I think I'm going to have to find something else. Most reviews were horrible.

We have the husky 1600 PSI 1.4 GPM from home depot at the warehouse and love it. Enough to wash cars with and light pressure washing (did Steves walkway at his house lol).

Should do fine with the foam cannon

I'm just surprised that 1600 PSI is enough

For you guys with the Husky PW, what adapter did you buy? I'm looking at a foam gun and if I can get one for the PW, then I'll do that.

The 1700 psi PW from home depot, or the task force 2000 psi?

If you are sold on an electric pressure washer I really think you should make a trip to Costco and look at the SnapOn pressure washer they have. It is only available in the store, not online. It is higher pressure than most of them but the best thing is the lifetime Costco warranty. Save the box and sale slip and they will give you your money back, forever!

And yes, 1600 psi will give you an incredible amount of foam.

Here's a vid of 1600 psi pressure washer, Foam Cannon HP and 3 oz of DP Xtreme Foam Formula

Sweet! Now I just need go out and get a PW.

I think I'm going to run to Pittsburgh tomorrow to get one of these Husky PWs.
It's actually "powerwasher" brand(1700 PSI), but it's still a home depot brand like husky. I used it for the 2nd time today, I love it! It comes with 2 wands: 1 that shoots a spiral jet for extreme pressure cleaning(worked great on asphalt). The other wand has 3 "click" settings: high pressure wash(wheels, wheel wells, tires), medium fan setting(perfect for rinsing the car), and detergent spray(haven't tried it yet). Go get it! :dblthumb2:

After much research I bought the TaskForce from loves to use with
the foam gun and found it to be great--including all the things I
use it for at home. Also, Lowes warranties things well.

Accepts the Bosch fitting.

The nearest Home Depot currently has the 1700 PSI model......does yours take the Bosch fitting?
