I use Tint World locally and have met owner and sister on many occasions. He use to be a Sunrise Cop back in the 80's. I wont use 5% limo tint as its normally a lower quality film. I prefer one that offers the best UV protection, lifetime warranty, and laser cut. I also prefer a one piece rear which is a pain on some cars due to curve of glass (think Vette hatch). Normally around 200.00 out the door and you do need to sign a waiver as below legal limits here in South Florida. Even something like 20% is illegal on front side windows.
One suggestion, set an appointment and stay as possible. Most the time they measure it on outside of car first. Make sure car is clean and understand it will likely come back dirty. Also understand some glass has little black dots or black stripes at the top of the glass and its a pain to have tint stick to the areas between them. It takes alot of time and sometimes easier to see other options so ask first ....
