Wolfgang total swirl remover and a haze

Hi I am new to this and in the midst of my first project. I am using swirl remover 3.0, PC7336, CCS orange 5.5" pad. I am doing 5-7 section passes at between 5&6 speed I have attached a pic the vehicle is a black denali this slight haze will not buff out with a microfiber or anything. Help?
 
Soft paint my friend! Ignore the haze and use either grey or white pad with wolfgang finish glaze or menz sf 4500 for the finishing step.
 
did you do a test spot? you could finish the haze out like wes bremec said.
 
That's how my black tundra looked after compounding. Like the others said, you should be able to finish it out. You may want to switch to a white pad with TSR.

I recently did a gmc Sierra with very soft paint. The reason I say it was very soft paint is because I got a 95 percent of the defect out with tsw on a light cutting pad. I then found out it left haze like what you see after the tsw stage. I then finished it down with wg finish glaze with a grey pad to pull the haze out an finish down show car style baby!
 
Thanks everyone It was only bad in that area the doors and other sides of the truck were fine. All done with swirl removal on to the next step tomorrow

A foam cutting pad, that is the aggressiveness of the foam itself can cause micro-marring.

Like others posted, re-polish using a less aggressive pad like a white polishing pad and the marring should disappear. IF not, then this would be an indicator of either soft paint or something else.

You should still be able to recover switching to the Wolfgang Finishing Glaze, a Fine Cut Polish and a finishing pad.


Have some of the body panels been repainted?

I would venture to say that panel may have been re-painted. Most re-paints I've dealt with are very soft. Or, it could be a soft factory job. Even with a cutting pad and TSR, that's a lot of marring!! Does the whole car leave this haze with the same product and tool? A finer pad and polish should definitely help. If soft paint is the culprit, you may not be able to get it to finish perfectly. Toweling marks FTL!!!
 
I do not believe it has been repainted, but I did just purchase the vehicle. I will go to the softer pad and finishing glaze and we will see how it goes
