Worst rotary work EVER!!!

To¨get the car flawless:

Menzerna power gloss orange pad
Menzerna PO106FF White pad
Alco wipe down
Menzerna finishing glaze
Pinnacle souveranx3

Can also try 106FF and orange pad first, to see if it will do the work, so you don`t need to use power gloss.

(Maybe SIP or IP between Power gloss and 106FF if its really bad)

Would take about 6-8 hours +

Charge? Around 600$

OK you pros out there, here is the challenge:
How would you go about fixing this mess?
What products would you use?
How long would it take?
And finally,
How much would you charge?

I'd be up for that challenge!! Would start with 106/white pad to see if it does it..if not move up to SIP or UCCL/orange pad then the 106 combo. Seal it in with DG 105. Big rig so paint correction alone probably looking at 4 to 5 hours @ $25/hr. It'd be perfect.

That is just bad! Proves what happens wen you don't care plus you want to make money.

Was this a Car Max? I saw nearly the whole lot of cars at a local car max that was buffed this way. I said something to the salesman when I saw the first one because I thought it was traded in that way. Then every car in line was that way and Ooops... it was their own in house detailer that was doing it.

When I left I went around then side and saw the culprit. Rotary buffer, wool cutting pad and Megs #85 Diamond Cut and looked to be running it at 3000 rpms. It was sad site to behold. Will these people ever learn.....

SSR3 on yellow
SSR2.5 on orange
SSR1 on white
PO85RD on white

seal, wax...

DONE!

OMG that is horrendous! I am fairly new to the rotary scene but have yet to leave any holograms, much less holograms on top of holograms! That's just wrong!

Looks like wool pad and a hand polish combo.....

AND the scary part is that someone will probably by that car, and swirl around......i mean drive around...

Monkeys with no training shouldnt polish cars with rotarys

How do u get it like that? Too high of a setting? lol
I saved the pic...

Perfect opportunity to drop a buisness card

You cannot see it in the pics, but on the front doors you could still see where it said "Austin Limo Service" or something. Even with all that hacking, they couldn't even take that out!

HORRIBLE!!!

I was laughing pretty hard when I read that it looked like a monkey did it and then I laughed even harder when I saw the pic of the car. So you pay the detailer to make the car look worst? In that case sign me up. I wouldn't even need a rotary to do the job.

Buyer: "Well we really like the SUV, we just are worried about the paint. Is everything ok with it? Its looks like marks all in the paint.

Detailer: Ohh Ma'am thats just intense shine. Most people don't know this, but a rotary is the only way to shine a car, and in this case, it turned out like a million bucks. By far ma'am, this is one of my best details to date. People ask me about my car and they say, " Where did you get that shine? I tell em, thats all me baby...all me."

This seriously wasn't sitting out on a lot was it? I dont even think i could recreate that even if i was trying( and i havent even used a rotary yet). Heck, you know, id buy a rotary and practice on that and prolly do a better job lol

The sad thing is, most dealerships would not think twice about just throwing a filling glaze on to hide this and put this truck out on the lot.

ive noticed that as well. There is a black 2005 Porsche Boxster for sale up near a used car dealership and i was going to ask if it would be possible to get a old hold of it and do a little work on it(make it more appealing to a buyer lol). But then i thought, there in it for the money, and there is no way they would even let someone get a hold of it(unless it were the bodyshop at the dealership).

Im not saying the bodyshop guys at these places are bad,( i bet there are some that are amazing) but around my area, its more less a simple machine wash, maybe some tire shine, and then throw it onto the lot and pray it sells.
